Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are legally binding on you as a customer being the person entering into the evaluation and any sale agreements (“sell”) of used, unwanted or broken Jewellery (the “item(s)”) containing precious metals to Bradons Jewellers.
1. Requirements For Use
You permit to Bradons Jewellers that:
1.1 You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are a resident in the United Kingdom; and that
1.2 You are the legal owner of the item(s) you wish to sell; and that
1.3 You have full authority to sell the item(s); and that
1.4 The item(s) are sold freely without any liabilities, nor any adverse claims of any type whatsoever; and that
1.5 No illegal activity in any country has been involved in the handling or possession of the item(s); and that
1.6 Bradons Jewellers will not break any law of the UK or any other country as a result of your sale; and that
1.7 You are acting independently on your sole behalf only.
2. Damage and Precious Metals, Gemstones and Non-Precious Metals
2.1 The process of appraisal of your item(s) may result in tarnishing, staining and/or scratches. The appraised price is subject to the item(s) weight and carat and not a resale value of Jewellery
2.2 Bradons Jewellers will not value precious or semi precious gemstones. In the event of damage to these gemstones, Bradons Jewellers will not be held legally responsible.
3. Indemnification
You agree not to hold Bradons Jewellers responsible for any/all liability, claim, losses, cost and legal fees which are a direct or indirect result of any kind of violation of these terms and conditions. These include claims by third parties.

Variation of Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be changed by Bradons Jewellers at any time at its
sole discretion. Such changes will be intimated by the changes being posted on
the website and you will therefore have been notified. The revised Terms &
Conditions will take effect after a period of one week commencing from the time
from which they are posted on the website. By using Bradons Jewellers
thereafter, you will have accepted the varied terms and will be bound by them.

Governing Law
The use of Bradons Jewellers and its Terms & Conditions and all contracts will
be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the
laws of England, and all parties irrevocably agree to the jurisdiction of the
English Courts. In the event that any term of these Terms & Conditions is
judicially held to be invalid or unenforceable, all of the remaining terms shall
remain valid and enforceable.
